Sound Healing: Meditation & Restorative Yoga 7-wk Course

Queen Street Yoga / Tuesday 7:45pm – 9pm / $115

This sweet and soothing class will combine guided meditation and comfortable restorative yoga poses with the deep healing potential of singing bowls. Sound healing is a non-invasive modality where resonance lulls you into deeper brain wave states, where the body-mind-spirit can come heal.

Beginners welcome; no experience with meditation or yoga necessary.
