Crystal Singing Bowl Soundbath
Sound healing, like Reiki, is a non-invasive healing modality, which can be used to treat many different ailments such as depression, anxiety, body pain, and trauma. Singing bowls emit a tone that shift our brain wave states and help to restore the regenerative flow of our energetic pathways. Like adjusting a piano, your body can be tuned to achieve optimal balance.
Pollinate dance
Pollinate is a monthly dance event for those who enjoy moving in a focused creative space in collaboration with other dancers and with improvised sound. Each event hosts veteran musical improvisers who support the space with inspiration for movement, expression, surprise and delight. This could include both acoustic & electronic sound.
Every month you’ll find Natasha at Pollinate holding space, contributing as a musician and dancer of the floor. Natasha opens the evening with a Land Blessing and closes the evening with a medicine song.
Indigenous Drumming & Medicine Songs
The frame drum is one of the most ancient musical instruments, and is perhaps one of the first drums to come into creation. From the Middle Eastern riq to the Irish bodhrán to the Native American powwow drum, these percussive instruments hold a rich cultural and musical history. Coming in various shapes, sizes, and materials, each drum holds its own unique sound and character.
The frame drum captivates audiences with its expressive sounds and rhythms, embodying energies of the elementals and animal kingdom. The drum offers both an eyes open and closed experience, gifting momentum to toe tapping feet or floating you off the ground in ethereal space.
With a shift in brainwave state, up to 5 minutes of drumming is all you need to shift a mood, move emotional energy, or rewire a neural pathway.

Natasha Áine is a Mi’kmaq drum carrier from Bouctouche, Elsipogtog (meaning River of Fire) First Nation. Natasha is a first generation drum carrier, beginning her journey in 2018 when she made her first drum from the Spirit of Black Bear. With deep gratitude to the Healing of the Seven Generations and Crow Shield Lodge, Natasha has received access to traditional teachings and ceremonies. It is a gift to be a drum carrier, holding medicine songs with reverence and offering them to community and Nibi, the water.
