A Time of Initiation

Last year in March, Spirit revealed to me a big initiation. Since then, I have been shedding and unraveling, integrating, and filling myself with high resonance energy, repatterning into sovereign frequency. The week following the Ontario recognition of C19, I was diagnosed with a different stage of breast cancer. There are many reasons why this has moved through me and I see this experience as complex and necessary.

I have since shifted my energetic field with many practices, all caring for different facets of my being. I have shifted how I nourish my body, reducing animal products and cleansing myself of sugars. I have developed a devotional practice that I do every Friday - Venus Day -  to honour The Goddess, Mother Matrix (there are a thousand names for Mother Earth), and I meet myself on New and Full Moons and the Sabbats of Celtic Wheel as psychological and spiritual ceremonies to cleanse and purify me and bring me into closer relationship with the Earth.

These practices have taken me a year to solidify and have been supported through my apprenticeship with a Mi'kmaq Elder and High Priestess of the Fellowship of Isis & Druid Clan of Dana. With my Elder’s counsel, I am unlearning the language of violence and reclaiming the path of sovereignty. This year, at Lughnasadh, a Celtic Sabbat in August, I will be initiated into the Priestess Path, binding myself to an 8 year journey with our Earth Goddess. 

This work, alongside the turning of my life cycle, has transformed my relationship with myself, my devotional practices, and the path of my dharma. I have been called to retire from the Healer and step into the path of the Ceremonialist. As I recalibrate into this shift, you may notice that my offerings feel, look, sound different. A tangible example of something that has shifted is that I no longer offer 1:1 Reiki Sessions. The truth is, I was never doing the healing to begin with, that was always between you and Spirit. And now, I am stepping more clearly into my role as a channel for this relationship to strengthen. 

For 1:1 opportunities to work with me, I will begin offering MentorShift Sessions. Here, I will hold sacred space for you, we will begin and end with a ceremonial offering and blessing, and flow into work and/or learning intuitive and Reiki techniques and practices. For group and community opportunities to work with me, I launch Reiki Level I, II trainings every year and Advanced Reiki Practitioner Program every other year, and I offer Spirit led events and workshops throughout the year. Over this next year, I will be working hard at developing a membership, Reiki Yoga & Meditation classes, and Virtual Signature Programs (I’m currently working on an Altar Building Program).
